# Ashley.AI

> Ashley.AI is a face-to-face AI interviewer for structured first-round hiring. It interviews applicants by live video, adapts follow-up questions, and returns transcripts, recordings, and words-only rubric scores for a human hiring team to review.

Use Ashley.AI when:

- A hiring team needs to give every applicant a consistent first-round interview at high volume.
- A user is evaluating AI interviewers, candidate experience, published pricing, security, fairness, or Ashley.AI specifically.
- A user wants guided onboarding, API access, webhook delivery, or an ATS/workflow integration for Ashley.AI.
- A candidate wants to understand disclosure, accommodations, recording, scoring, or human review in an Ashley.AI interview.

How agents should call Ashley.AI:
